The Clash of the Titans is sold out! Here’s what you need for camp.

The 2020 Clash of the Titans has sold out in advance. We’re working on another camp, with details coming soon for those who are missing this one.
If you’re registered, you would have received an email this morning at the email address you signed up with. Parents, tell your athletes to check their account! The email included details of the camp and waiver forms that must be completed and printed, then turned in at check-in.
I had a couple of emails bounce back due to incorrect email addresses or dead accounts.
There are quite a few things you need to prepare for with this event.
First of all, please be aware that we are taking all possible precautions to prevent the spread of Coronavirus/COVID-19. We will do a pre-event screening on site including temperature check and a questionnaire that is attached to the COVID waiver. If you are standing out in the heat for an extended time before check in, your temperature may register higher than normal. DO NOT come to camp if you are sick or you have been exposed to COVID. We are planning a second event later in August and we will transfer your registration to that event if necessary.
ALL campers with the exception of quarterbacks should bring gloves to camp and you will be required to participate with gloves on in order to minimize skin to skin contact. Hand sanitizer will be available on the sidelines. We will do one-on-ones toward the end of the camp. Incidental contact should be limited. Intentional contact will be strongly discouraged. We will use shields (blocking pads) for the lineman drills and one-on-ones. All equipment that is handled during the event will be routinely sanitized with sanitizing wipes.
For directions, punch in “Wanner Stadium” for navigation. You’ll park in the stadium parking lot, but the fields are out in the open, to the Southwest from the stadium.
It is expected to be 90 degrees and sunny on event day. Warhill Sports Complex does not allow tents or canopies at field level. There is no natural shade at field level. There is also limited seating at field level. Parents are welcome to stay and watch, but you may want to bring your own chair and you will want to plan for long periods of exposure to the sun. You can set up a tent in the parking area.
We plan to provide water coolers filled with ice water and/or Gatorade with cups BUT we strongly encourage you to plan ahead and bring your own cooler and hydration for your athlete. Campers will not be allowed to share containers. If you provide your own water or other hydration for your athlete, the risk of spreading COVID-19 is lessened.
Quarterbacks should bring their own football.
The event is sold out. Please discourage others from trying to walk up for the event. If your athlete cannot attend for any reason, we will allow a transfer of the registration to another athlete. Please notify us in advance if you wish to do this.
See you on event day! Again, the full details, including waiver forms have been sent to the email address you registered with. More information on a subsequent camp is coming soon!
