Friday brought another big offer for Kaytron Allen (2022 RB 5-10 180).
Michigan Wolverines assistant coach Chris Partridge visited Norview and extended the offer to Allen.
“They love his film. They love his size and speed. He’s a game breaker. Also, he’s a great kid. He’s very humble,” said Norview assistant coach Jarome Bell.
Kaytron has had a busy off-season with training and weight lifting. Add in team workouts, school work and AAU Basketball, and Allen is fully focused on his development.
“Coach Partridge likes Marqeese Dietz too. He loved his film, but since he’s projected as a wide receiver, he wants him to work out for (offensive coordinator and wide receivers) Coach Josh Gattis. He invited him to William and Mary’s camp on June 3. The Wolverine coaching staff will be there.”
Dietz (2021 ATH 5-10 165) closed out his freshman season as an impact player at wide receiver. As a sophomore Dietz was thrust into the quarterback role where he grew and developed in leading a young Norview team to a playoff appearance.
Marqeese earned an offer from Virginia Tech after his freshman season.
Allen now holds six college scholarship offers, including Virginia Tech, Virginia, East Carolina, Pitt, Tennessee and Michigan.
