Stonewall Jackson is on a roll where it comes to pulling college scholarship offers.
The Cedar Run District’s Defensive Player of the Year Tyleik Williams (2021 DE 6-2 230) piled up 65 tackles, 15 sacks and 23 TFL in his sophomore season.
Kentucky extended an offer to Williams on Monday and is added to offers from Pitt, Florida, Penn State, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Michigan and North Carolina.
Even hotter is freshman linebacker Shawn Murphy. Murphy was the only freshman starter on the 2018 team that went 5-5 in the regular season and lost a VHSL Class 6 opening round playoff game to Centreville.
In the span of five days, Murphy has picked up four major scholarship offers. Michigan offered Wednesday, only to matched by Ohio State on Friday. Monday was SEC day at Stonewall Jackson with Kentucky and Alabama both offering the freshman.

With the offers from Michigan, Ohio State, Kentucky and Alabama, Murphy has reached 12 scholarship offers and there’s still another month left in the NCAA’s Spring Evaluation period.
Shawn Murphy’s offer list also includes Tennessee, Florida, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Pitt and Penn State.
