Football might be shutdown, like virtually everything else, but that hasn’t brought recruiting to a halt.
On Tuesday, Green Run DB Tayon Holloway (2022 CB 6-1 165) added an impressive new offer from Florida State.
Green Run head coach Brandon Williams updated recruit757 with the latest.
“I spoke with (Florida State) analyst Cortez Carter on behalf of Tayon and he mentioned that Tayon is a GUY and loves his size and athletic ability on the defensive side of the ball,” said the coach.

Like every other college prospect right now, Holloway can’t make unofficial visits to check out the schools that are interested in him. Football programs are organizing virtual visits for their targeted athletes, but it’s not the same as walking the campus and seeing the football facilities in person.
Holloway has an impressive offer list piling up. Every big time offer he receives adds another school to a long list that will demand his attention when campus visits can resume.
“He has well over 20 offers,” said Williams. “He has a lot ahead of him post-pandemic.”
Tayon’s options include Virginia Tech, UVA, North Carolina, South Carolina, NC State, Nebraska, Texas A&M, Pitt, ODU, Tennessee, Charlotte, Ole Miss, Hawaii, Arkansas and Syracuse.
