The Monarchs get their first commitment in Manchester WR/S Alston Robinson

That didn’t take long.
After receiving a scholarship offer from Old Dominion in September of his junior season, Alston Robinson (2019 WR/S 6-2 182) has decided that his college home will be in Norfolk.
Robinson is coming off of a junior season where his Lancers made a deep playoff run, advancing to the Class 6B regional championship game before falling to Colonial Forge in a shootout that pitted Manchester QB Brendon Clark (Wake Forest) against Colonial Forge QB Ethan Garwood (Shepherd).
In Old Dominion, Robinson will head to a team that love to run a fast-paced, spread offense. ODU was the first college program to offer him, and that proactive approach paid off for the Monarchs.
