Less than a month after picking up an offer from Howard University, Louisa County’s Robert Morgan IV (2021 RB 5-10 195) verbally committed to the Bison via Twitter late last week. “It’s a humbling experience to be committed to Howard University. I am thankful to have the opportunity to play at the next level,” he explained.

Morgan rushed for 601 yards on 66 carries (9.1 ypc) and scored 13 touchdowns last fall. He will forego his final season at Louisa and enroll at Howard in January. “After speaking with my parents, I have decided not to play my senior season. I plan on signing my letter of intent and graduating from high school in December.”
Robert will be the third player from the 804 on the Bison roster in 2021, joining former Highland Springs standouts Christian White and Aaron Motley . He held an additional offer from Campbell University, and received interest from Navy, Liberty, and VMI.
